1. Magnetizing voltage: This is the key parameter that determines the strength of the magnetic field. Common magnetizing voltages range from 1000V to 6000V. Materials with high coercivity, such as NdFeB, usually require a magnetizing voltage of 3000V or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Capacitor capacity: The capacitor is the core energy storage element of the magnetizer, with a capacity ranging from 2000\u03bcF to 60,000\u03bcF. The larger the capacitance, the more energy is stored and the stronger the magnetizing energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Magnetizing energy: calculated as E = 0.5 \u00d7 C \u00d7 V\u00b2 in Joules (J). The magnetizing energy directly affects the magnetizing effect, and generally needs to be 2-3 times the energy required for saturation magnetization of the material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
